Fail to Connect Issue (Steam)
We have received reports of players experiencing an error when attempting to log into Bleeding Edge via Steam.
If you experience this error please complete the following steps:
Push the windows key on your keyboard
Go to Settings
Go to Time & Language
Ensure the following settings are turned on:
Set the time automatically
Set the time zone automatically
Then hit "Sync Now"
Once you have done this please restart the game.
Make sure you use the change profile icon to log out of your Xbox Live account and re enter your credentials.
If after changing your profile and re logging you still encounter the "failed to connect" error please follow the steps in this support article to clear your Xbox Live credentials.
After completing the above steps you should now be able to log into Bleeding Edge.
