If we invite players to become a Bleeding Edge Helper, we will invite them based on their activity within the Bleeding Edge community and via direct communication from the Bleeding Support Team.
This includes their behaviour in game, as well as how they present themselves on the Forums, Discord and other social media platforms.
Bleeding Edge Helpers will never ask for personal information, they are there to sign post players to support centre articles which can resolve their issue, help them contact the Bleeding Edge Support Team or answer questions about the game and the community.
Bleeding Edge Helpers have limited ability to moderate chat within the community, they are able to remove posts, temporarily mute players and flag inappropriate content or rule breaking behaviour to the customer support team.
Players can report Bleeding Edge Helpers for abuse of power if they feel it is necessary to do so. The Bleeding Edge Support Team will not engage in a discussion regarding these reports, they will instead carry out a full investigation.
Whilst Helpers can recommend players for the Bleeding Edge Helper program, the decision and power to grant this title and the associated privileges lay with the Bleeding Edge Support Team. Any Bleeding Edge Helper offering a guarantee or promising a player this role should be reported to Bleeding Edge Support immediately.
Ultimately the Bleeding Edge Helper program is there to enable our community to continue supporting itself, players helping players makes Bleeding Edge a fun and safe environment for the entire community.
