Who are they?
Bleeding Edge Helpers are active members of the Bleeding Edge Community who follow the community guidelines and have had a noticeable positive influence on the community.
What can they do?
Bleeding Edge Helpers have limited ability to moderate chat within the community, they are able to remove posts, temporarily mute players and flag inappropriate content or rule breaking behaviour to the customer support team.
Helpers are granted access to certain exclusive channels where they can communicate with the support team directly, helpers use these channels to make the support team aware of community issues and request help for issues raised via Social channels such as the Forums or Discord.
How do they maintain this status?
Any Bleeding Edge Helpers who are inactive for a pre-determined amount of time will have moderator privileges removed, this is not a negative aspect of the program but simply grants Bleeding Edge Helpers the freedom to put as much energy as they like into the community of Bleeding Edge and stop when they are no longer able or willing to do so.
Can Bleeding Edge Helpers leave and come back?
Bleeding Edge Helpers will not be automatically granted this status again should they become active again following a long period of inactivity, this will be treated on a case by case basis. The Ninja Theory support team are only able to manage a set number of Bleeding Edge Helpers at any given time.
Who do they represent?
Bleeding Edge Helpers do not speak for Ninja Theory or represent the studio in anyway, they represent members of the community that champion the Bleeding Edge values and are supported by Ninja Theory.
What happens when a Bleeding Edge Helper makes a mistake?
We are all only human and errors in judgement can happen, we will endeavour to be as inclusive and understanding as possible in these situations.
If a Bleeding Edge Helper behaves in a way that does not adhere to the studio values or violates the community guidelines, they will be stripped of Bleeding Edge Helper status and privileges and will not be granted these again.
Whilst losing Bleeding Edge Helper status does not always result in action taken against your ability to play Bleeding Edge, this status does not make you exempt from the same rules and guidelines other players must follow when playing Bleeding Edge.
